Is SARS-CoV-2 vaccine safer in AOSD patients?

The effect of inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccines on disease activity was explored in 122 patients with Adult-Onset Still’s Disease (AOSD). The relapse rate had not increased after vaccination. No increase in relapse was noted even after 1 year of vaccination. Local and systemic adverse reactions were mild and self-limiting. These findings suggested safety of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines in AOSD patients.
